Planning a special supper, birthday, or seasonal feast? Herridge Pottery tableware is available to hire for small events of up to 30 guests. Every piece is handmade in my South Oxfordshire studio, designed to bring warmth, beauty, and character to your table.
Whether you're looking for a full setting or just a few serving pieces, I’ll work with you to find the right combination. Local delivery and collection is available, and flexible hire periods can be arranged.

Terms & Conditions of Hire
Hire Period
Standard hire is for up to 4 days (including delivery and collection days). Longer hire periods may be arranged with prior agreement and may incur an additional charge.
Delivery & Collection
Free local delivery and collection is available within 10 miles of OX10. For locations further afield, a mileage fee may apply or collection from the studio can be arranged. Delivery/collection times will be confirmed in advance.
Care & Cleaning
All tableware should be rinsed and repacked carefully in the original packaging after use.
Damage & Loss
Each item is handmade, and many are one-of-a-kind. Any damaged, broken, or lost pieces will be charged at their retail replacement value. A full inventory will be provided at the time of hire and checked upon return.
Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 7 days before your event. A refundable damage deposit may also be required and will be returned within 7 days of the items being returned in good condition.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit the deposit, depending on circumstances and whether the date can be rebooked.
